Tips and tricks to get better results

Updated over a week ago

Our CopyCrafter tool is a special feature we developed to help you shortcut the content creation process.

It is not currently available on blank plans because the tool links to our hand-crafted templates, which are written by our very own team of expert marketers.

Where there is a CopyCrafter task available in a template - you will now see the letters “CC” at the beginning of the task so that you can tell it apart from the others.

Although the CopyCrafter templates are designed in such a way that you get a really good piece of copy created - we don’t think AI copy is at the stage it should be used without edits or more personalisation.

But considering how good things got over the last year - we have no doubt that it’s only going to get better!

Summary - Use our templates to spark creativity and speed up brainstorming, but make them your own :)

Here’s our top tips on getting the most from them…

1 - Take your time to answer your Brand Voice and Quick Fill questions at the top of the template you’re using, and don’t use AI for this part, as you’ll get better quality output if you use your own words. This will take you 10 minutes when you start a new plan.

2 - Each phase has its CopyCrafter questions to be answered - which will give the tool the context it needs to write the copy for you. Again, don’t use AI to answer these - the better the input here, the better the template’s output will be. This will take you 5 minutes when you start a new phase.

3 - You must answer BOTH the Brand Voice and CopyCrafter questions for each phase else you’ll get weird responses back.

4 - Important - Refreshing or exiting the task tray will reset the CopyCrafter so make sure that you save any copy that you like by pressing the Save button.

5 - If the copy given back isn’t quite to your liking, then use the “tweak” tool under the form to give the CopyCrafter more instruction on how you want it written. You’ll find it under the template box if you scroll down. You can also use this to change the language!
