Navigating the ProperPlan dashboard

Sharing how you navigate the ProperPlan dashboard to stay on track with your plans and daily actions.

Updated over a week ago

Once you log in, you’ll see your ProperPlan dashboard, the central hub for managing your projects and tracking your progress.

Understanding the Dashboard

When you first log in, this is the dashboard you’re going to see. Initially, it may appear empty if you’re new to the platform, but don’t worry! It won’t be long before your dashboard starts filling up with valuable plans as you begin creating and managing your workload.

Key Dashboard Sections

Plans Overview: This area provides a snapshot of your current projects, allowing you to quickly see how far along you are with each one.

Focused Task List: Keep track of what’s coming up next with a clear view of all pending tasks that require your attention.

My Plans section

Your plans are ordered by "ending soonest". On the example below you will see 'Email Marketing' is positioned at the top of the list as there is only 1 week left on that plan in comparison to 'Moving Home' which has 3 months to complete the plan.

Completed plans will move to the bottom of the list.

At a quick glance the progress bar allows you to see how on track you are with completing each plan.

Email Marketing is at 0% complete with 1 week remaining whereas ProperPlan actions is 22% complete

This allows you to see what plan needs more focused action from you (or your team) to keep you on track.

Focused Task List

To the right of the dashboard you will see what needs to be actioned to keep your mind focussed on your priorities for the day ahead.

No more referring back to your to do list from the following day and get overwhelmed figuring out what to do next.

Say goodbye to losing time looking back at your notes and journal to do lists to figure out your plan for the day!

We have designed your daily action list to enable you to effortless see your actions for that day.
